About ErinAnn Beebe

A Milton girl and graduate of Cape Henlopen High School, ErinAnn ("Erin") grew up immersed in the world of real estate, learning the business firsthand from her mother, Nora Martin. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. Before returning to Delaware and launching her real estate career, Erin lived in Massachusetts and the Washington, DC metro area, where she built a background in sports marketing, event planning, sales, public relations, and strategic communications.

Today, Erin is an Associate Broker and co-owner of NextHome Tomorrow Realty in Lewes, alongside her husband, Craig, and her mother, Nora. Known professionally by both Erin and ErinAnn (as well as Martin and Beebe) she combines her marketing expertise, negotiation skills, and love of the local area to deliver exceptional service to her clients. Outside of real estate, Erin enjoys beach days, yoga, paddleboarding, kayaking, dancing, gardening, rearing butterflies, and attracting hummingbirds to her garden.
